Mcdonald's - Saint Augustine

I'm definitely a fan of McDonald's, especially their breakfast. It was the first time in a while that we were in town during breakfast hours, and I just couldn't resist. Since there was a line of cars wrapped almost entirely around the building, we chose to go inside. Upon entering, we discovered that they no longer have cashiers and require customers to use the self-service screens. While I prefer interacting with people, I went ahead and used it. Unfortunately, the screen wasn't working correctly, and I ended up not receiving my receipt. I didn’t want to trouble anyone to reprint it, but I wish they would ensure their technology functions properly if they’re going to rely on it instead of human staff.

Absolutely fantastic! The service was friendly, the wait time in the drive-thru was reasonable, and I received food that was freshly made and tailored to my preferences.

This place has very rude staff. There's a short man with gray hair at the pickup area who is extremely disrespectful to customers. He even refused to hand over my order, which I had already paid for online. Thankfully, a very tall man of color ended up giving it to me. He claimed to be the supervisor or manager of the restaurant, but I have my doubts.

They didn't give me the chocolate milk for the happy meal I ordered. The large fries was half full. I has to ask twice for my Mc Flurry when the girl in the drive thru was giving me my order.

This place is a disaster. Not sure why you would be reading McDonald reviews but here you are. Don?t go to this one! Self serve soda is down for weeks and the soda they give you form the back is absolutely undrinkable. The employees know it too. So thereis little eye contact. No happiness. Definitely sub par McDonald?s. You?ve been warned
