Jersey Mike's Subs - Saint Augustine

I followed the online ordering instructions and the food was delicious. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a rating of 5.

I wish I could give 0 stars for this restaurant. The manager here is absolutely terrible. I ordered a Philly cheese steak with no mushrooms due to my allergy, and I made sure to let him know. However, after receiving my sub and not checking it right away, I ended up on the ground with a swollen mouth, rolling around in pain. When I looked up, I saw the manager recording and saying he was sending it to the group chat. I was shocked! Once the ambulance arrived, I was taken to the hospital and fortunately I am now okay. Yesterday, I visited Jersey Mike's with a friend. We ordered two whole Philly cheese subs with grilled onions, mushrooms, green peppers, and provolone cheese. Elaine greeted us and the chef did an amazing job making the subs. We were very impressed and definitely plan to return. Delicious! Thank you again.

This restaurant is fantastic! The catering is top-notch, the staff is friendly and courteous. Special thanks to the manager in Jersey! This place is located in Bergen County, NJ. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious. I even had one for breakfast and the bread was still soft. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy Anastasia Island.

I ordered the buffalo chicken cheesesteak and it was delicious! There was a generous portion of meat and it was served hot and beautifully. The customer service was great, with friendly staff.
