Centro Restaurant Piano Bar

Centro has a great atmosphere and the piano adds a nice touch to the overall experience. My family and I sat fast and received excellent service. The drinks were great and our steaks were very tasteful. We met the owner several times and he ensured that we had a great experience. We went back next night for two rounds, which was also a great experience. 5 stars

Terrible service, overpriced food. Walked into a romantic looking, white tablecloth, candlelight, atmosphere, with a piano player. Transitioned into a Loud DJ nightclub right in the middle of dinner. Nice little scam they have going, adding gratuity automatically, and charging 3% more to use a debit card to pay, WITHOUT telling you upfront. Also didn’t get what we ordered, and the angry faced manager/ owner brought the food to the table, and told the server when we complained, that was all they had left, and that was all we were getting! They obviously knew we were upset, didn’t even bother to offer a discount or anything. STAY AWAY! The piano player was nice while it lasted, but NOT worth it!

Feb 14, 2019. Atmosphere was nice, it was empty at 6pm dinner time. Music was nice to listen to. Food was horrible. Ordered shrimp scampi, shrimp was big and delicious but pasta was plain and didn't taste anything like scampi. More like butter and pasta. Husband ordered 12oz fillet which didn't even look like a 12oz steak with mashed potatoes no veggies as sides. Just a side of potato and a steak that didn't look like 12oz. And it was cooked well, yet asked for medium well. We did mention it to the waitress and she didn't even make an effort in replacing the steak. Side note, when she brought out the bread biscuit, she asked me to touch them to make sure they were warm

Christmas Dinner buffet was not good will not do it again. The food was so so. The smoked turkey was good but the roast was over cooked and way too many starches without enough vegetables. Desert appeared to be from Costco or Sams not good and still frozen pumpkin pie. Staff had to be asked multiple times to replenish dishes on the buffett. Table service was limited at best It took 15 minutes to order a drink and even longer to get it. The atmosphere was nasty you could see heavy dust buildup on the walls, ceiling fans, and AC vents. I kept wondering if the large chunks of dust would fall on my food, drink or head. The location is great but not worth the money.

Went there for my 60th birthday dinner. The menu was very small with only about 6 main dishes. Ordered a Negroni from the bar and was told by the waiter we don 't make those . Waiter couldn 't answer any questions about the menu . Our food came out at different times. I actually was brought my main dish before my salad and my wife got her salad first. The food was horrible and the presentation was pitiful. The bill came to about $80 and when I presented my credit card, I was told there was a 3% upcharge for not paying cash. Maybe you should tell your patrons that before the meal. Very poorly run. Food was bad and the service was even worse. The only thing this place has going for it is the location. Would give it zero stars if I could.
