Mcdonald's - Saint Augustine Beach

On the day I visited, the manager was too preoccupied with yelling at an employee to assist a new trainee. It seems McDonald’s has lost its reliability; I frequently don't receive my order the way I wanted it. What happened to the flavor? As a customer, I can no longer accept this level of service and food quality. I’ve made the decision never to return to McDonald’s again. Service: Takeout.

I ordered a McDouble, but it arrived cold and missing a patty, along with the onions. The fries were also cold. Overall, it was quite disappointing. Service was for takeout. Meal type: Dinner. Price per person: $1–10.

This location needs to place greater emphasis on customer service.

Really sad experience, people are rude and don’t care at all. I like to be nice to people even if they are not so I think they might have sad lives. I don’t expect a McDonald to have good service anyways but this one just went below and beyond. The food was the same as service, the worst! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
