I gave 3 stars to do the thing that they were out of brisket, burned end, and swarm. Just left us hunch and ripen to get from them wings too!. keep the hard work bandana’s Bar-B-Q
I have the three meat plate with brisket, burned ends and smoked sausage. I really enjoyed the garlic bread, smoked sausage and burned ends, but the brisket I got was quite dry. The service and the sauces were great!
The server worked hard and worked well. I was surprised by a bbq place that the meat was meh. the sides were decent who made the food for me. When I was served, I didn't even see that huh as it was hidden under garlic bread.
When we first came to the restaurant, I felt it was bad. the young white gor, who was host, did not greet us at the door and neither the customers before us. Our server a young black girl greeted us and sat us. the food came quite fast and looked like it would be great, but.hemn was cold and often baked not smoked, brisket was dry, turkey chick tasted like dosen huhn, kartoffelsalat tasted like herd plate, roasted okra and garlic bread was great, burned ending were not burned and tasted like slowly boiled tos. the bakers tasted like the dose and the coleslaw was also ok. our server was attentive and smiled, although they were short busy. I've never left a restaurant before, and I didn't even want to take it. I would change the description of the southern style bbq to only bbq. as much as I do in st. louis, I wouldn't come back
My 1st time to St Louis, so I thought I'd try some BBQ! Service was great, beer was cold. Green beans tasted good, but was expecting something more BBQ oriented. Garlic bread was good. Pork was delicious. I tried each of the 5 BBQ sauces, none stood out as exceptional. The real disappointment was the burnt ends. They were cooked well and tender, but they were smothered in a heavy BBQ sauce, similar to a kraft BBQ sauce. Really took any chance to taste the meat out of it.
