My husband and I booked a cooking workshop with Edith; We spent an excellent afternoon and a very good evening. The dishes we prepared were very good, and, thanks to the recipes we have been provided, we can redo them at home. Edith is a real pro. Smiling and benevolent, she shares tips and small tips in turn.

During our business seminar (20 people), by teams of 5 people, we prepared different tasty and delicate dishes that we then ate all together.Edith was able to let us discover the ingredients that we did not know the existence through a contest game for our team that had to look for the mystery ingredient in each dish.Our team was completely conquered by the activity, organization and tastes. A real treat and an unforgettable moment of sharing.Thank you for everything.

I have conducted a total of 7 courses with edith for 2 hours over a 7 week period. the kitchen takes place in its house in the picturesque ardeche. first, edith is a very patient person with a really international knowledge about food. at the end of each session she asked what I want to do next and she never knew how to do it. so we went from French classics like coque au vin to tzatziki (Greece), humus (north African style) and guacamole. at the end of each session I took the food home to enjoy dinner. (ask her about egelfin with sauce chermoula! she even supported me by phone when I went back to ask a few details I might have forgotten. great investment as we now cook and enjoy one of the dishes that I learned to house every night.
