Steak N Shake - Saint Albans

Ordered food and took almost 35 mins to get. 10 of those mins my food sat there because they put it in the wrong area.Food: 3/5

I am not a fan of the ways they have changed . I was here just cause hubby said it was convent for lunch.Guess what was so great my order chili Mac came ice cold. New way just not ideal

My friend me went inside to eat. We were the only customers in there. The service was horrible, had to have our burgers redone. It's the only steak n shake in my area, but will never go there again. They showed more attention to the drive thru customers!

ALWAYS LOVE STEAK N SHAKES FOOD!!!DO NOT LIKE the changes they made!NOW you have to order your food on a Tablet/Computer YOURSELF!AND pay at the tablet/computer too.I understand hiring and keeping the employees is really tough these days. But on the other hand people are being replaced by computers. Not a pleasant thought for my children's future!

With my shorty on the way to the casino. My food was tight that she was wrong. We didn't complain.
