Red House Sweets - Saint Albans

I heard about this place from Loré Pemberton on IG. There is a few of her beautiful little pieces of art there, which we got! And we were not sorry to discover this bakery! The pastries, muffins and quiches were not only pretty, but sooo good. Seriously, they're the best we've had, they were incredible. And the staff was so welcoming and gentle. We are from Quebec, but will definitely come back!

This bakery was absolutely delightful, offering a wide variety of scrumptious treats. The staff member at the counter was extremely friendly and assisted me in choosing the best options!

I highly recommend this bakery! It’s definitely one of the best small, local bakeries I've ever visited. They offer a wonderful variety of both savory and sweet options every day, and both are equally delicious! I can't wait to go back and stock up!

We visited twice and loved this place! It's connected to the coffee shop next door, so you can have drinks with your food. Their kouign amann is lovely. If you want a simple, well-executed pastry to go with coffee, that's the one I recommend. All three of their flakey pastries we tried were excellent, though. I don't think you can go wrong. The cashier was The Kindest Human. I wish I asked for their name so I could give a proper shout out. Everyone who approached the counter was welcomed enthusiastically and talked to like a friend. Thank you again, cashier!

I died and ended up in pastry heaven and they served me this spinach artichoke puff pastry. I would definitely have it for all of eternity.
