Pointers - Saint Albans

We have ordered here for 5 years, including large orders for children's birthday parties. When we order a single pizza, it usually happens quickly, sometimes within 10 minutes. Tonight it took 45, but this is not my complaint, maybe they are busy. After that, the owner called me and screamed because I gave the driver a 20% tip up on the delivery fee $8 for a $20 pizza overall) and essentially accused me of tearing off the driver after he sat in traffic for 45 minutes. How would I know, or that he only made one delivery? The owner said he would never deliver me again. I understand the frustration for everyone, but he treated it very badly. Too bad we really liked the pizza.

Love this place! I always get the Veggie Sub when I'm in the area! Delicious food! Yummy Pizza! Great prices! Customer for 20 years! I hope they'll stay a STL stack forever. Itsa gemstone of a joint. Eat here. They won't be disappointed. Promise. The owner is great. Staff are also great.

From the time I ordered online, it took 21 minutes to arrive at my door. It was so hot it burned my mouth, It was delicious. My new favorite pizza delivery.

It's exciting when the end of your night is a call to pointers. If nothing else is open and the last thing you have here on the phone after ordering a 16-inch cheese pizza, it will be ready in 10 minutes.

Worst salad I?ve ever paid nearly $10 for don?t waste your money. Pizza is ok but cheese and crust was burnt more then it should be
