Parigi - Saint Albans

Amazing meal and top notch service I wish we would have tried this place sooner.

I first visited Parigi when they had their soft opening last year for their course menu and then revisited when they just had started their brunch menu.

I've been a loyal Parigi fan since day 2: I was fortunate enough to attend their soft opening a year ago, and although they were ironing out the kinks then,

The food and service were both excellent. Ther prices were very reasonable. The chimichurri chicken was excellent, the Chicken Cobb Salad was excellent as was the Steelhead Salmon over a bed of cold quinoa. The salt and pepper shrimp was very flavorful.

Excellent service! The food was good but salmon was a bit drenched in sauce and not really warm. Short ribs were excellent.
