One of the hotels in the Beauval Zoo group. I don't know the others but this one is on top: very friendly staff welcoming and friendly. very reactive and really trained in customer service. whether at the reception, at the bar or at the restaurant, all and everything were perfect. the bar offers a varied menu and very original alcohol-free cocktails. the restaurant offers a very large choice of dishes, very rich and especially very well prepared and good. there, too, just like in the bar, an impeccable service. finally the spacious and very quiet rooms, well arranged and with all the amenities desired. the very friendly maintenance staff. the only point: there again, as with the zoo, the lack of staff made that during our stay of two nights simply, the household was not done at all (bed or sanitary) because there were not enough staff to manage the crossings (departs/arrivals) and simple maintenance. and this is a great damage to the image and shades all the work of the entire staff. But in any case, I will not hesitate for a second to return if I have the opportunity.
