Auberge de la grange du Cros - Saillac

This restaurant was absolutely amazing! It has a charm about it inside and outside. We started outside with a aperitif and then moved indoors for our meal. Thierry was an amazing host and his wife, Rebecca, makes amazing dishes out of fresh and simple ingredients. The menu changes and they post their current menu on their Facebook page. The portions are perfect for each course (4 in total). We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here :)

Unusual setting for a restaurant - in a tiny hamlet, with the meal served in a converted barn.However, the food was excellent. Full of delicious flavours, lovingly prepared and good value. Thierry is a lovely, personable host, who has an obvious passion for food.The only aspect that let the restaurant down was the drinks - limited choice, especially for those not drinking alcohol, and the cocktail was even too strong for a 20 year old !!Take cash too, as they don't accept cards.Overall, an excellent meal and enjoyable experience.

This restaurant, in a converted grange, is a one-off. The host is a character, the setting is unique, and the food brilliant. Hidden away in "Deep France", it is an absolute pearl.

Our favourite restaurant in the area. Thierry's hospitality and welcome is without compare, Rebecca's food is always interesting and full of flavour. They always use local produce which is a real plus. It has a magical atmosphere set as it is in an old stone barn.Highly recommend to everybody

This must be the best restaurant in the region. It's not the first time we visited but i was suprised again by the quality of the food and the great ambiance. The service is very friendly. We had a wonderful evening.
