Simple but tasty dishes. Very familiar kitchen. To try Frant, typical cheese of Carnia seasoned with pepper. We ate gulash and lubianska, dumplings with herbs. Good food, availability and courtesy. To try.
We had lunch outside, under a beautiful ice cream. We ordered local dishes, homemade. We had not booked, although there were many full tables, they welcomed us preparing a table at once. Positive experience! Recommended!
An excellent restaurant with an immediate familiar taste, shaded by a large and majestic ice cream, with a garden of plants of the Karst, aromatic and with beautiful flowers never too striking. You eat well, dishes cured with genuine flavors typical of the Karst and with seasonal ingredients definitely bought or collected in the area. That's what my mother did. She always says my mother. For me that I am vegetarian one of the few places to eat with full satisfaction in Friuli! The owner always dresses colored or anyway with the same attention he puts in the dishes. Kind and friendly. The winter interior room is also well-kept and pleasant, although small. When I was a kid there were many places like this, rustic, popular but from superb cuisine.
