Taco Bell - Saginaw

I went through the drive thru, and my daughter was in the passenger seat. She said she didnt want anything to eat so I ordered what I needed. Pulled up to the window and Kim and another woman were at the window helping with orders and she asked why there was only one drink and an extra person in the car. I explained to her that she said she didnt want anything, and she proceeded to comment on 'how she couldn 't even want a freeze drink '. So I asked her to add it on to my order, but she insisted that she did not want my payment and that she loves kids and kids get spoiled by her at this location. This kind gesture absolutely BLEW me away. With all the negativity in the world these days, this sweet womans attitude brought me to tears (yes even over a freeze drink). The world needs more of Kim and the team she was working with tonight. She is 110% what customer service is all about.

Store 015733 in Saginaw is amazing and super friendly staff. I work next door and often choose them for my lunch because their service is unmatched. Keep these employees and reward them for how good they are.
