Qdoba Mexican Eats - Saginaw

After a long 13-hour workday, my wife picked us up for dinner. I didn't find any wow factor, despite it being prominently advertised. They didn't offer much for vegetarian or vegan options, which wasn't great. When I ordered my meat dish, they got my order wrong, which was disappointing—so I’d rate it 1 out of 2. I just hope I don’t get any backlash for my honest review when it comes to talking about getting a free meal.

The cashier was in a slightly better mood, so I inquired about the other staff member's demeanor. She simply remarked that it had been a long day. I commented, "Unfortunately, you still have an hour to go," to which she responded that they actually close at 8:30. I apologized, explaining that we thought it was 9:30 based on what we read. When we hurried out, I took another glance at the sign, and it still showed 9:30—just as they were locking the door behind us. Shortly after, three more customers who arrived were turned away. If Qdoba's new closing time is indeed 8:30, they really need to update their signs and online information to avoid confusion and to prevent their employees from being frustrated with customers arriving at closing time.

The staff at this restaurant were extremely rude. They seemed more interested in chatting with each other than focusing on the customers, resulting in our food being prepared in a haphazard manner. I was very disappointed. I even noticed the employees eating from the food after taking just a few bites before rushing back to their stations. I'm certain that a health inspector would not be pleased. I won't be returning.

I found out a deal shortly after our arrival. I was disappointed to learn that they no longer offer a free side of chips with mealtimes. what is available is a child chips salsa for 1.00 they can also eat a small qaeso for 1.50 is still good.

Qdoba is normally great! This location wasn't quite up to par.Some of the employees didn't look professional with their uniforms and not very friendly. The restaurant was dirty inside and out. Could possibly be that a rush just ended though. Garbage was overflowing, the kitchen floor was disgusting, and the parking lot around the building could have used some picking up of trash.Ordered the new cheese crusted quesadilla and it definitely was nothing like the picture on the menu. There was nothing crusted about it. It was soggy and just melted cheese on top. The chips were fresh and as good as they always are.
