Mcdonald's - Saginaw

This McDonald's location has consistently gotten my order wrong three times this week. Today, I ordered a deluxe big breakfast and received only three pancakes with no other items. Considering the prices they charge, there should not be anything missing from the order. I would recommend staying away from this particular McDonald's, as the service and food quality both received a rating of 1 out of 5. The woman who works at the first window in the mornings is wonderful, and all the staff are extremely friendly. If you're in the area in the morning, this is the McDonald's you should visit! This is my go-to McDonald's every week.

To anyone reading the reviews, please be aware that this McDonald's is currently short-staffed. Your food might take longer to arrive or there could be mistakes in your order. Please show respect and understanding to the employees, as they are working hard to serve you. Thank you.

The restaurant offers delicious food and excellent coffee. The newly renovated building is very user-friendly, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy.

I had a negative experience at that McDonald’s location too. The management should consider hiring new staff as the employees are often unfriendly. Additionally, the food I received was consistently cold. This left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated with my experience.
