Federal 131 - Saginaw

This is a new restaurant that just started, we had a large group, and although the restaurant does not have the capacity for many people (it is more of an intimate Veneto), they made us wonderful and more than for the slow service, which probably due to our group, with the delicious food!

Friday for drinks and dinner. The drinks were amazing! The appetizers and food were worth waiting. Everything we tried was excellent! Despite employment, the staff did a very good job to maintain and be personal. I will definitely be back!

Excellent meal at the Federal 131 in the SVRC building! I recommend ANYTHING on their menu. Chefs Lonnie Ryan are great and our waiter Greg was very nice and often checked us. What we ordered: Mango Grapefruit-Mimosa, fried Pickles-Appetizer, colossal Coconut Shrimp with peanut and pineapple ham sauce, a burger with smoked Gouda, grilled onions and drunk mushrooms! It was all amazing! Hurry!

I visited SVRC Marketplace once a week and it took me so long to give Federal an attempt. I missed myself. The Udon shell was amazing. Udon is usually a farewell to most sushi restaurants, but here it was fantastic. Service was excellent and the atmosphere is great in a warm summer night. Can't wait to come back.

Excellent dining experience. The food tasted fresh. My absolute favorite part was the pineapple mojito. It was deliciously crisp tasting with just a hint of sweetness and mint. A bit more upscale feeling than other options but quite nice all the same. It was a nice change. Overall pleasant experience.
