Buffalo Wild Wings - Saginaw

The restaurant was understaffed and our food arrived an hour and a half late, cold. It also took thirty to forty minutes to get the TV channels set to the hockey game.

The Saginaw location does not follow through with online reservations. Other than that, it was a good experience.

We were never seated at the restaurant. Our reservation was not honored when we arrived, as they claimed to have no record of it. Despite being informed of a 15-20 minute wait, we were unable to get any assistance or communication from the staff after waiting for 15 minutes. We will not be using OpenTable or suggesting it to others in the future.

Does not apply to Saginaw, this is launched by corporate but isn’t recognized at the individual restaurant. There really was no reservation.

We love to make a quick bite there. service is amazing and the huh is so delicious.
