The staff was impolite and the dining experience took longer than anticipated. The woman in front of us received a refund for the one-hour wait. The food was decent, at least.

Waited 10 minutes for cold cheese curds and the wrong fries. The lady who took our order was super rude to top it all off. Edit: just opened my burger. What the hell is this? What kind of bun is this? I’ve literally never come across something this gross before. I wish I could leave negative stars oh my god.

My husband and I went there for lunch and I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and told them no onions,ketchup or mustard. It was supposed to have lettuce, tomato and mayo and pickles but then they made it wrong , I went back up there and told them they'd made it wrong and where was the lettuce, they then informed me that they were out of lettuce and they would remake it ,then I waited for over 10 minutes and seen them talking and playing asked for my money back and they then dropped my food down on the counter and said have a nice day . I would give them 0 stars if I could DO NOT GO HERE

This restaurant offers a pretty good combination of A&W and KFC. The coneys are consistently delicious.

We went to the KFC side and the service was atrocious. There was no one at the pay window, it took them awhile to get there. We got to the pickup window and waited for almost 20 minutes for them to bring our order. That was the worst crew of workers I have ever seen. Sorry to say they were all black young people. They need better training. I will not visit that location for a long time.
