A dining room with a hellish price tag. On my first visit I paid 20 lari $8) for a spicy dish and a drink, on the menu it costs 12+2.5 lari, when asked why it’s so expensive, the answer is “for the service” it’s 30%, lol. She was very rude to us. She told us there were no Khinkali even though the neighboring table were eating them. She clearly knew Russian but refused to speak it. We left and she didn't say goodbye. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
