Domino's Pizza - Sagamore Hills

The Pizza was good. However, the staff was cold, and unemotional. No opening or closing greeting. They acted like they didn't care if a customer was there or not. The two individuals working that day need a refresher course on Human Being 101

I ordered a pizza today, which was supposed to arrive in 30 minutes. An hour later, it had not arrived. I called the store and was told it was left on my porch. It wasn't. So, they said they would remake it and send it over. 45 minutes later, still no pizza. The guy was supposed to call when he got there. So, I called back, and the first manager had left for the day. The second manager said he wondered why the order was returned. He apologized and offered me a free pizza next time, but I said, if they were never going to deliver it, there was no point. I won't give them another chance.

Quality is very hit-or-miss at this location. I generally like Domino's, and the folks at the Ravenna store nailed it, every single time. Pizza from this store is great sometimes, and sometimes, well, it seems like they just don't care. Just got one, and the crust was completely flat on one side, it was not cut all the way through, the toppings were mostly on one side, and the sauce was almost nonexistent. When they do things right it turns out really good, but about a third of the time it's, well... something else entirely. I'm not at all happy with the inconsistency and have begun shifting my business down the street. There are too many local pizza shops for us to continue to tolerate poorly made orders. I think three stars is being rather kind.

I have been to this Domino's several times over the years. Quality and service has been a rollercoaster, but it's been on the rise the last several times I have been there. Much improved.

I placed an online order and when the pizza tracker told me my order was finished I left my house to go to the store. When I arrived the place was completely empty except one person sitting at a table eating a brownies. I didn't even realize he was an employee till after he asked if I had an order. Turns out he never bothered to make the pizza so I had to sit there while he made the slop. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
