I would have given this restaurant 5 stars, but there are a few drawbacks. However, most of the staff are great, and there are some outstanding team members like Sally, who demonstrates excellent customer service skills and strong leadership qualities. The service is usually timely, unless there are issues caused by customers.
The toasties are excellent, and the coffee is consistently great.
