Mcdonald's - Safford

My fries was not warm. Cold and hard. Waited in line along time. This is normal. Everytime you go thru the drive thru it takes 30 mins. That can be improved.

Ordered big Mac deal with no sauce. well it also had no lettuce I did not request. it was absolutely disgusting. fries were cold. tea had littleice. come on get it together McDonald's

The restaurant is inconsistent; sometimes the food is great, but other times you might not even get meat in your burger.

One could argue that this McDonald's is the worst one I have ever been to, with some of the worst reviews. I suggest listening to these customers and finding another place to eat.

I was quite disappointed by the changes at this restaurant. I prefer to order from the kiosk, as I am on a diet and need to make modifications to my order. However, it seems that the kiosk now requires logging in, and I didn't see a way to order as a guest. Since I have the app, I decided to try ordering through that, but unfortunately I was not able to log in as I had forgotten my password. By the time I reset my password, my lunch break was over, so I had to leave without ordering. It will take some time before I can come back.
