Fountain Grille - Safety Harbor

Fernando was incredibly helpful with the menu and offered creative suggestions for my order. He maintained constant communication to ensure the delivery was made to the right person at the exact time I requested. He even took the weather into account, planning the delivery so that it wouldn't happen while it was raining—thoughtful touches like this really made a difference. He also wrote a personalized card, which made my friend incredibly happy! Everyone enjoyed the delicious treats and had a fantastic time at the restaurant. Based on this wonderful experience, I will definitely be visiting in person soon. Thank you, Fernando, for making this such a memorable occasion!

Today for the first time for lunch. Ate outside right by the well. Very nice location. Two of us got the crabcakes and ginger Slaves (an appetizer, but we had it each as our entree), which was perfect. My husband had the group sandwich that was a good size and perfect. The fourth member of our party had a burger that was well prepared. Service was fast, friendly and efficient, although it was very busy (Jennifer was our server). Will definitely go back!

There are a few key aspects that I always notice when dining out: the atmosphere, the freshness and variety of food, and the quality of customer service. The restaurant itself was exceptionally spacious, allowing us to move comfortably between our tables and the buffet without feeling cramped. The decor was lovely, and all areas were well-maintained and welcoming. Our greeter and server, Anna, was attentive and courteous even as the restaurant became busier. She took note when one of the gentlemen in our group inquired about turkey bacon, and promptly went to the kitchen to have some prepared for us. The options for omelettes and the quality of the food at both the buffet and the menu were outstanding! Overall, the staff truly understands the essence of exceptional customer service. Since our brunch, my guest hasn't stopped raving about the barbecue fountain and is eager to bring his wife for a future visit. A trip to the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa is worth it, no matter the distance. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out on a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

They were very short staff that added delays and prevented sitting outside the well. The free bread they have brought out has cheese in crust and is thick soft slices. The Chicken Piccata was excellent; Tender and full of taste. The cheese potatoes were also good. Your burger is a mile high when you get tomatoes and onions.

We were completely satisfied with our experience at Fountain Grille. For dinner, we enjoyed the bronzed grouper, the cheesy pork chop, and a perfectly cooked ribeye. Each dish was cooked to perfection. Our server, Susan (I believe that was her name), was very pleasant and professional. The prices reflect the high quality of both the food and the service. We will definitely be returning more often. Thank you!
