Everything about this experience was top-notch, from the delicious food to the attentive service and inviting atmosphere. A perfect spot for a satisfying breakfast to go!

I called Midland Bagel to report the mix-up and request the sandwich I actually ordered. Unfortunately, the rude staff member I’ve heard complaints about answered the phone. I’ve never had issues with the guys who work there, but today was different. She told me there was nothing they could do except offer me a refund, which wouldn’t arrive until Tuesday, or I could come in to pick up the sandwich. What? I just paid for delivery; now I have to go there myself? I was livid. When I arrived, she greeted me with a smug look and handed me a bag. "Here’s your sandwich," she said. No way—you're going to make me a new one right here so I can enjoy a hot meal. This girl is the worst. I’ve even avoided being waited on by her in person due to her attitude. After reading online comments, it seems the owner was out of the country but would return on Tuesday. It’s a shame he has someone like her potentially ruining his business. So listen I wana start by saying honestly their food is good but recently the customer service has been so bad. This one Hispanic girl who works there is so rude and always has an attitude and also not to mention they never pick up the phone. I called so many times and no one would pick up so I was forced to go order in person. Even then I was there the phone would constantly ring and they don’t answer.
