Friendly employees when picking up preordered turkey dinner. Only one issue was there electric handicapped shopping carts. Once I sat down I was literally trapped. I wasn't able to retrieve any items off the shelves and had to ask others shopping to hand me items that were out of reach. When I finished shopping and was at my vehicle it took at least five minutes to get out of the cart because the steering column is to close to the seat and doesn't allow a person to get their leg through this area of the cart. I had to take off my shoe and was finally able to twist my foot enough to get my leg to the other side. Then I had to use the opening on the back of my vehicle for leverage to pull myself up to a standing position. The employee helping me asked if he could get my 2 canes for me that I had learned against my vehicle during this embarrassing ordeal. He was very helpful. Bel Air needs to update their electric carts to a larger model like the other stores have, such as Walmart, Safeway, Costco, Trader Joe's and Joanns Fabric store.

Was given a gift card and I went to 2 Peet's Coffee and my gift card was denied. I'm like wth! So unfair, it's still Pete's

I love this store! Yes the prices are high but they have high quality food. The meat and seafood, and counter is exceptional! The produce is unbelievable! We made nachos with the ingredients we picked up and they were restaurant quality! This is my favorite Bel Air in the 916

Best produce and meat in the area aside from farmers markets, hands down. Find nearly all my ingredients for cooking fine foods here. Always clean, the staff is helpful and courteous

Cant give a place zero stars is not cool. My wife was walking through the store looking for the baby isle while pushing our stroller with our newborn baby sleeping in it and she was followed the entire time by their security team until they came behind her and helped themself to see if there was a baby or not. When they saw there was a baby they were shocked and quickly left us alone. This is absolutely absurd to me that this happen. Who do you even talk to about this. Google Reviews I guess. Trying to find the name of their security and the persons responsible.
