Yd Tofu House - Sacramento

Tried out YD Tofu House for my first time!We had a large beer to share. I had the beef soondubu and my friend had the cheese soondubu.The tofu stews were all good. Standard.Staff was ok. It was a bit weird the first time around...they only let me refill 5 of the banchan, but later, another server, refilled them all.I enjoyed their banchan! Tasted fresh.Parking available in the plaza.

Contemplated between Kbbq or YD Tofu House and we ended up coming here since the wait time for Kbbq was going to be over an hour. I'm glad we came to YD Tofu House because it wasn't packed with people (I mean, we were the only ones inside, aside from the employees). We ordered bossam, tofu soup, and short-ribs. Everything was delicious and came out hot. Customer service was great as well. We were checked on frequently on our thoughts with the food, water, etc. I wasn't a huge fan of their banchan. There was a variety of them but nothing really stood out to me. The tofu soup was also okay and a little bland in flavor for my preference. Overall, I would come back and if I did it would be strictly for either bossam or the short-ribs. Possibly try a new dish as well.

Food was delicious and the sides were divine. The sweet hot anchovies, fish cake and the crab were my favorites

Food was served quite fast. So so so many side dishes and all of them hit. Great proportion of everything. We had a nice time.
