Taco Bell - Sacramento

Oct. 2nd. 2022. Drive through lane super filthy. Employees standing around talking and paying attention. They prepared my order and drinks wrong. Inside dining area needs tables sanitized properly.

I haven't been to Taco Bell in a while. Decided to go tonight. Mistake!!! Order was wrong, I had to go back after getting home plus all the taco shells on our tacos were crushed. Tacos shells are thinner than rice paper. Pay more get less! That'sindustries moto now. I'll never go back!

Zero stars would have given. Our order always are made wrong. Always something is wrong. Either they don?t hear us properly or they just don?t have much practice of making food. Asked for vegetarian crunch wrap with beans instead of meat and got chickeninstead. Happened many times. Called manager he was sweet and did listen to my complaints and was willing to give us the refundand even make new order, but I was so disturbed as I am vegetarian. They need to train their staff Hearing properly on headset Taking a correct order and delivering correct food.

This place used to be awesome but not anymore. Last time I ordered 4 bean burritos with no onions for the kids using the app. Thought it would be accurate when using the app. Went for a pickup via the drive thru, got home, and discovered onions on allthe burritos and also no napkins in the bag. The bean burritos them selves were very small, like half the weight they arerequired to serve. I can say they have been scrimping on the serving portions for a while now. Barely any toppings over thenacho Bell grandes, I still see chips guys. Also, where are my sporks, and hot sauces that I nicely asked for? Some times it's ahit or miss, and mostly just a miss. Most people including myself go to the Gerber road location now. I only use this locationin case of emergencies as I now expect to get less. I have friends from different places that complain about the food rationingand miss communicated orders. Got a three score for location and being expensive.

This is the one I usually go to because it's so close to my house. Sometimes the line can be really long but they seem to move through it pretty fast. I've never been inside so I can't comment but that's always well kept and clean looking from the outside.
