Taco Bell - Sacramento

I was impressed with my burrito, as they added cheese, onions, and sauce just as I requested. The staff were amazing and attentive, making for a fantastic experience overall. Their customer service is excellent!

The person at the front counter who took my order (I believe he might be the manager) was fantastic! I'm an Amazon driver, and when I went to clock in during my lunch break since my order was almost ready for pick-up, he ran outside to ensure I didn't leave without my food. The restaurant was clean, as was the parking lot. It's a great place to eat—definitely not dirty or uninviting. The food was amazing as well. Everything with my order was perfect!

Recently, every time I visit, I've noticed that my quesadilla is never cut all the way through. At first, I thought maybe it was due to the steak being difficult to cut. However, today I didn't order steak, and I can see from the pictures that it's just a giant tortilla. Come on, just press a little harder! I know you have those oversized utensils, but this is my meal before heading to work.

Staff member was friendly and patient while I ordered and asked questions. The nachos looked pretty good, but the sour creme ratio could improve and some of the nachos were already soggy by the time I got home. Surprisingly, there was enough cheese andmeat for the nachos! Overall, pretty good.

Seriously? How could any employee think that this taco shell is ok? How am I supposed to eat this? Also in the same order?5-layer burrito with no sour cream. 0 for 2 Taco Bell.
