As always, Rio City Cafe was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday! Only negative was that the protective clear plastic shades on the deck kept banging in the wind! Not sure if they can be secured at the bottom!?
Great experience! Love the food and the quiet scenery
The patio was nice but the plastic was so old you couldnât see through it and when it got warm we could not open it for some air.
We were in Sacramento for business. The restaurant provides great ambience and a different view from downtown Sacramento.
