Pizza Guys - Sacramento

If I could give less than one star, I would. I believed a stuff to buy a crust pizza. When the pizza arrived, there was already a disc missing. I decided not to eat the pizza and call the location. You didn't answer the phone. I came to them to another place. I was told that no one of their employees had eaten my pizza and that the next morning I had to talk to a manager for a refund. The ppl working this night claimed to be filled in and could not even offer a new pizza. Just save your headache and do not order the delivery from here.

I ordered a big pizza, calzone, 8 pieces wings, breadsticks and a 2l pepsi at 5:00 they said 45 minits 1 1/2 hours later nothing I started to call and all they do is hang up the phone they almost never answer in an 18 wheeler I drove over Ther when I went into I saw the lady (only person inside) put She keep the phone on like 3x while I grabbed her said she can't answer

We wait for over 2 hours!!!!!!!!! And after 2 hours they said we canceled the order we never called to order!!!!!!!!!!!! If I can, I can't even give you a star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nikki. A consistent customer. I went tonight 08/06/2022 at 9 a.m. to get a little personal half cheese half pepperoni pizza for my children. The workers have accidentally ruined my job. However, the girl was so generous and apologetic that I had to leave a comment. I went with a great paprika pizza for the children with nothing but satisfaction of great customer service. I hope I have the name right, but I'm a customer

I Ordered for delivery got the text message at 5:18 saying it?s on its way ended up coming at 6:10 pizza cold breadsticks cold DONT ORDER FROM HERE and we live 5 minutes away! Horrible will never order from here again.
