Pita Q - Sacramento

Usually, I'd give this restaurant a 5-star rating because I really enjoy the food, but my experience today was disappointing. They forgot the baklava I ordered, even though I reminded them, and while they fixed that, I also paid $0.75 for extra olives on my sevraki chicken dish but didn't receive any. Additionally, they left out the secret sauce. I'm regretting leaving a tip with my online order.

I ordered a gyro rice dish, they barely a gyro in there especially rice, and then they wanted to extra for the tzatziki sauce, they told me it was a dollar extra and at the end loaded on me $2.75 I had not enough time to go back and get my money back. the gyro was in order, the rice was overcooked, not wasting their $15 dollars!

Maybe not my favorite Mediterranean place in terms of flavor but they PACK your bowl to the brim. I wanted to weigh the to-go box out of curiosity. Numerous toppings to choose from to add to a less conventionally-styled Mediterranean fast food meal (nothing wrong with that, still delicious). I would come back for the overall punch this restaurant gives in terms of overall quality and quantity. You will leave full.

The pitas were quite dry, and the tahini sauce was disappointing—very thin and lacking flavor, almost resembling nonfat milk. I also ordered falafels, but there was no hummus included unless you're willing to pay extra. Overall, I was very disappointed. Falafel Corner on Bradshaw is far superior, and they actually provide delicious hummus with your order.

Eating was cold and not so good. the customer service was okaish. the two girls who helped us were a little nice. when it came to the card reader, it didn't work right. *the problem must be fixed. had to try at least 4 different cards. her room needs immediate attention. When he went to the restroom, he didn't work at all. This place is unfortunately a chaos. 1 star is a fair assessment.
