Original Pizza House - Sacramento

I shared a small garlic chicken pizza with a friend, and our experience was fantastic. The staff was quick and friendly during the ordering process. The pizza itself was amazing—I was really impressed by the quality, especially considering we walked in during a busy time. They managed it all wonderfully. I will definitely be returning!

The pizza, wings, chicken tenders, and cheesy bread were quite good. The crust had a decent flavor, and the ingredients were fresh. However, there were multiple mistakes with my phone order on Saturday night, July 23, 2022. I ordered 5 chicken strips but received 10 instead. I requested a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza but got a half cheese and half Hawaiian instead. I ordered a garden salad with ranch dressing, but I didn’t receive it, yet I was still charged the full amount. It seems like there needs to be some improvement in communication and operational processes.

Rude Employee's/Bad customer service! this place has the most rude employee ever. if they want to return customers, they need to work on the teaching of their employee (customer service!) (in relation to a young female hired she did not say that their name first she was very rude when I had ordered and later suspended on me! (what an idiot right, I am the paying customer not she I will never order pizza because of her. (and I'll let everyone be divorced!

Perfect pizza. the crust is amazing. the father is addicted. we are fans for living. no problem with customer service. very fast and without adjustment. Maybe the other reviewer caught them on a bad day. the pizza is better than round table with much better trips.

Original Pizza House is delicious! By far one of the best pizza joints in Sac. If you haven’t tried it and are reading the reviews first, I highly suggest you give them a try. I just recently tried the Dad’s Favorite pizza and it’s now one of my favorites!
