Mountain Mike's Pizza - Sacramento

Best Pizza I had a while! I was there, but there was no service. I could have saved the tip. It wasn't worth $20 for a little pizza.

You food is fantastic and you have to try it! The service was amazing and I will definitely be back. You make yourself welcome and it is totally worth your money.

The food is delicious, but customer service is terrible if they make a mistake. My usual order is always asked for OHNE Speck, this is the second time that the order has been processed with bacon. Even the Cheesy sticks had no cheese, so I called. The woman on the phone said to bring everything back and her? ll made it for me in 20 minutes. I wait the 20 minutes, bring everything back, just to discover someone has decided that the products must be seen first before it is replaced. I have once again explained the subject and what I have said. You said it would be 20 minutes for a new one, so I asked for a refund. I let him know if he was the one who made the decisions that I should have talked to on the phone, or it would have been a polite call to inform me. All the time I'm respectful and yet inattentive, because I had expectations based on what was said. The young man in the register was rude and tried to prove me wrong. I don't have to argue about a mistake. I ask for a refund to which it existed, I wait for the new products that will last only 5/6 minutes. 15 minutes later, new product. Given the disregard, attitude, terrible customer service and the disturbing feeling of what might have been done on the new products - I prefer the refund and will not decide to return to this place.

About the best pizza place in the state, their pizza is delicious, but costs a pretty penny. Also, great costumer service.

Well, we have had Mountain Mike's pizza before in a different city. We loved it. But this time, not so much. Sorry about that. Maybe it was it was Memorial Day or busy... I don't know. We went there and ordered it because no one would answer the phone. Got there order just a medium with two toppings. I got a salad to go also. Well, a girl brought the pizza out, I thought it might be ours, but no one is at the counter to give it to us. 5 minutes later the guy comes back to the counter and gives us the pizza. Well, I like my pizza hot, so it wasn't, plus I order ham and green peppers. We there was to much ham on it, way to much. Also the green peppers was all chopped up, and way to much also. Sorry Mountain Mike, I really did not enjoy my pizza dinner and I am a person who LOVES PIZZA.
