Kfc - Sacramento

I visited this restaurant for some mashed potatoes and gravy with biscuits. The service was quick, and the food was served piping hot and delicious.

I cannot recommend this location at all. I decided to give it another chance for the second time in about a month, and I ordered the Mac and Cheese bowl again. Unfortunately, both times the chicken was subpar, at best made with leftovers from the day before. The chicken was rock hard like a jawbreaker and had been left under the heat lamps for so long that there was hardly any meat left on the pieces. It was a terrible experience.

I've purchased the 16-piece chicken dinner three times, paying $53.00 each time. Unfortunately, the oil hasn't been great on any of those occasions. It seems like they only clean their oil once a day.

The drive thru person repeated the order back still got it wrong why tf would I need to ask for a straw no other place does that its automatically implied u just put a lid on my drink it literally has a hole in it for a straw.

We enjoyed a timely and fantastic Thanksgiving meal featuring turkey, which served about 10 people. We had enough for three dinners! The deep-fried turkey was incredibly moist and flavorful. Everything was clean and well-packaged, especially appreciated during this pandemic. Thank you so much, KFC!
