Jet's - Sacramento

There was a young lady with short blonde hair as the bartender and she had a very unpleasant attitude. Besides 4 people at the bar, the place was empty. Me and my boyfriend sat down at the bar, ready to order, and waited... and waited.... She didn 't say hello, or even acknowledge us.. after a few minutes of being ignored, a man walked in, stood next to us, and she IMMEDIATELY took his order and made his drink. After that display of intentional rudeness, we waved our hands at her and said uh excuse me..? At this point she appearantly realized she could no longer ignore us and flatly asked what she could get for us. We put in a VERY simple order: 1 Jet burger, 1 vegan Jet burger, no tomatoes, 1 side of fries and 1 order of vegan cheese fries, add Jet sauce. 28 minutes later we recieved 2 Jet burgers with no tomatoes, 1 order of fries with regular cheese, NO sauce and a side of fries. Well they got the one side of fries right... after that, we decided the staff couldn 't care less, so we left and ate somewhere else. We will not be coming back. I understand it 's difficult to hire good people, but that sort of incompetence is beyond acceptable.

No phone to order? Or join yet another ordering/delivery service. No thanks. Maybe I'll try if I'm in the area, hungry, and remember the place

Love this place. Owner is so sweet, great happy hour, beautiful decorations for each holiday.

Dirty tables, gross bathroom, cheap ingredients in the cheesesteak

I love the vibe at Jet's. Our first time visiting and the whole place was decked out in Christmas/Grinchmas decor. The staff were all very friendly and made good recommendations. The food was good and I just really enjoyed my chopped cheese. The fried pickles were good but I think the batter could have more been seasoned more. The drinks were good and I liked the holiday drink options. I'll be back. Good spot for a chill Friday night drink and dinner.
