Hop Gardens - Sacramento

I live an hour from Sac, but occasionally visit the area. Randomly, this place tried with a friend while looking for a taproom and we were extremely impressed. Large beer selection, delicious pizza, quick service. Had to visit again when I left yesterday and now it's one of my favorite spots.

Solid choice for a taproom, usually a good selection of beer, apple wine, and usually a little hard kombucha. I wish the menu screen would go a little slower, or maybe add a second. The pizza here is very delicious and on Tuesday they have a great 2 for $25 deal that is very hard to beat.

Good beer selection, but somewhat more expensive than comparable ducts. Really good food! Beautiful dog-friendly terrace back, but in real East Sac style, many young children are always walking around.

Great chill environment that is both dog-friendly and child-friendly. Pizza was GREAT! Children loved the more plates and mozzarella sticks. Beautiful environment to just hang out and relax with friends, and many spots not in the sun if that's not your thing?

Nice and lively family place. The pizza selection had some unique creations that were good and the crust was consistent (not too tough and not too soggy). Good selection of draught beers (had a cloudy IPA). Friendly and fast service considering the number people and the kaos.
