Fin’s House Sushi Ramen - Sacramento

Throughout our meal, the plates were never cleared from the table after each course, and although we didn’t have to wait long for our food, we were disappointed to find it all heavily drenched in sauce. The sushi rolls lacked flavor and, unfortunately, were on par with what I could get from Safeway. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet no one checked in on us to see if we needed anything, nor did they refill our waters. The only highlight of the meal was the salmon skin hand rolls, which were surprisingly good, earning this review a single star. When we were ready to pay, I had to flag down a staff member, and when my card was returned, it was simply placed on the table in front of me without any comment. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that left us feeling uneasy during our meal. Perhaps the staff were having an off day or our server was in training, but I can't say I would return. On a positive note, there was ample parking available.

The staff here are consistently friendly and welcoming. I usually order the California Rolls, which are delicious and make for a great meal, whether you're dining alone or getting them to go. I highly recommend them for their taste, quality, and freshness—it's reliable every time. They also stay open until 9:00 PM for your convenience. This is a small business that truly cares about its customers, so please consider supporting our local business community.

Food is mediocre got a spicy ninja roll (okay, very sweet), an avo cuke roll (okay), unagi (okay), seaweed salad (semi okay). Service was terrible. Had to ask for soy sauce for the table twice. They brought us the wrong roll and we're slow with bringing the right one. Had to remind them to bring the unagi. Worst, when the waitress (a young, dark haired woman) but down the boat with the sushi, she knocked my water glass over and all over my cell phone, barely apologized, and didn't bring me more water. I think they should've at least discounted the bill or something. What a mess.

We always wanted to try this place. They have great social media marketing. I was looking forward to some decadent salmon like I saw online.The soy wrap option for rolls is cool, but ours came with seaweed. The ebi topped roll was topped with eel instead. The soup came after the sushi and the salmon was meh. The icing on the cake was the jasmine milk tea came out as a classic Thai iced tea.You can't make this up. We were seriously disappointed.
