Dutch Bros Coffee - Sacramento

I ordered the frosted lemonade. It came completely melted. Disgusting. I cannot believe. I had a drink that was so horrible from my favorite mafia.??? NOT GOING TO THIS LOCATION ANYMORE!!!!

The lines are long, and both the coffee is great. I wish it was hotter. Tired of their real energy drinks and didn't like the taste. I didn't feel energized.

Last couple of times arrived 0427 took 15 minutes for 3 cars. Night shift staff also messed up order. Still tipped didn't say anything. Because post Covid-19 everyone seems just going through the motions not really paying attention to the hear and now. Life is not the same and wish everyone would slow down!

Went in waited in long line. When I was given my order I noticed it was wrong. No big deal people make mistakes. But I told the guy at the window He literally said yeah I can just scrap off the whip cream Really? How about sorry I will make you new ones. I laughed drove away tossed the drinks in the trash. Just bad service I am a regular at all the Dutch Brothers. How about replacing these drinks or giving my cash back. Service like this will drive away customers 100
