Came in for a refreshing drink and was greeted by Chuck. He recommended some drinks and made it such a hard decision lol everything is healthy and sounds amazing . I got a cucumber watermelon drink and it was so tasty. He was nice and let me know more about the family owned business. So adorable and modern in the store. I wouldn’t mind going in on a weekend for my drink and meeting with friend or even working remote from their lounge area. Very comfortable and love the aesthetic. I will be back

Best Energy Tea's and Shakes Ever! Love this Shark Week Theme Drink! So cool

Just stopped by and got a SUPER delish drink called Watermelon Cucumber. I was surprised that it was only 25 calories. The owners and their beautiful kids were all so welcoming. They also hold workout classes twice a week; I'll definitely be checking that out too.

Looking for a healthier alternative to a milk shake or ice cream? Or looking for a delicious, protein filled meal replacement? This place has what you need! We tried the Cinnamon Roll Shake and Butterscotch Shake. Both were realllllly delicious. They were sweet and rich in flavor and would recommend both. The owners confirmed that both were gluten free. We got the large sides which were approximately 360 calories and 36 grams of protein for each. AMAZING. They also have a bunch of energy drink teas that look really good and we will be back to try them! The owners are also really friendly and were patient with all of our questions. Definitely stop by if you are craving something sweet, need an energy boost, or don't want toast for breakfast lol.

New to the sac area and My bf and I stopped by here while exploring. We went for the drink combo and both drinks were super tasty! The owners were really friendly and told me to go for the blondie shake when i asked for recommendations. I especially liked how mine wasn't too sweet despite the name and it didn't hurt my stomach at all like some protein shakes do. Were only about a 4 min drive from here so I would Def come back whenever I feel like I need a little boost to my day :
