Aji Sushi - Sacramento

It is a place that brings dishes to you based off your order from a tablet. You are allowed three orders and a 90 minute limit to stay there. There is a salad area and warm food where you can get gyoza, egg rolls and fried noodles. The noodles while it has color and veggies it was very bland. The food comes very well presented in a large wooden plate if you order a lot. There are a lot of rolls for options, if ordering rolls they are about 6 pieces each. The food is tasty for a buffet and made ok, bigger rolls can fall apart. I went an hour before closing so we only got two courses due to the first course taking about 30 minutes to get to us. We did order a lot, so it makes sense. But I suggest not going an hour before closing if you want to get three courses. They were very nice people who explained the system and offered a free to go box to us since we did not get a full experience. Normally you only get a to go box for $6 and only for a few leftovers. I would l will go back again with more time. Parking: Very open parking lot, there can be a lot of cars moving around given the shopping center. Saw a video on Instagram saying it was bomb, google had 1.1k reviews and a 4.3 star rating. Y’all crazy! This was literally the worst sushi I’ve had. Temps were off, fish was chewy, rice was NOT SUSHI RICE! it was mush with no flavor. No rice wine vinegar, sugar, or salt. Just mushy rice. Cold safeway sushi tastes way better. 4.3?!?! Loved this place!!! Came in Saturday for lunch the service was great, the food even better. $20/person for all you can eat. Will definitely return.. Only down side they have 1 bathroom the other is out of order, had to wait awhile in line to use. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

AMAZING. Great service, good quality food, killer prices. No complaints about this meal at all! I would highly recommend their AYCE sushi. FOOD [5/5] Perfect all around. Presentation was beautiful and the sushi was pretty well made. I was honestly amazed at the balance of quality, speed, and presentation. It's obviously not omakase melt in your mouth kind of perfection, but for the price and speed? So worth! SERVICE [5/5] Came with a group of 10 an hour before they closed lunch and the chefs and staff were still so kind to us. We ate as fast as possible, but they didn't complain or rush us at all. What a pleasant experience! :

First time in here to celebrate my 4 year olds Birthday. We had a great time, service was so soooo good. We enjoyed all the food and will definitely be back for their delicious food and great service. It's hard to find good service but they know what they are doing here.
