Wingstop - Sachse

I've been to this Wing Stop several times. I didn't even have a bad experience, unlike some other locations. This time I still had my best experience, and Alexis customer service was the difference. He was patient, friendly and helpful. Thanks Alexis!

I have not caught the lady who took my order I did not take her name, but let me just say she has the most beautiful curly light brown hair and she is so sweet so friendly and understanding knows how to really deal with her clients I definitely recommend that the management needs to her an increase she grabbed the front with more than 10 customers and she still she was a smile on her face and helped everyone and did her job 110%

Always comes into the clutch for our 11pm desire! great food. Fries are sometimes soggy, but overall good!

We have eaten here several times and never had problems with our order until I had time to read the reviews, wait for 15 minutes for our order. Until tonight, I couldn't refer to all these missing orders. You screwed one of our seasonings on our phone order. Not too much, I'm just gonna eat about every taste. This incompetence can turn away from others. I noticed that the workers in the back do not use gloves to prepare food. It seems that this should be demanded by the health inspector. The service was fair. The lady at the counter was not rude, but also not excessively friendly. The food was warm when we got it home. Friends are really good. Veggies were crisp. Overall, this place has been consistently good, so I am sure that we again, at some point, mostly because Sachse does not offer many possibilities.

Well I officially give up on this place. I oder online at least twice a week. I always order my fries “well done” and they usually are never cooked well done. The other day I went and I ordered well done fries. Got regularly cooked fries with no seasoning. If I wanted plain fries I would go to in and out burger. Nothing more frustrating than knowing how good the food can be but usually never is! Time to move on from this place! Check your order before you leave and save the headache!
