They cant keep this place staffed which leads to them picking and choosing what they will serve off menu,,couldnt get breakfast at midnight even tho they are suppose to serve it,,this location is always having issues,,to bad the food is good when you can get it
The last few times we have gone to this Whataburger, the food and service has been terrible. Tonight, it was so bad that I felt the need to post about it. The boy working the drive thru looked miserable and was not friendly at all. They got our drinks wrong, the large shake we bought was only 3/4 full, the bun on my burger was soggy, and the fries were hard!! I guess we’ll have to stick to going to the one on firewheel pkwy.
Hire someone whose only job is to check the bag of food and make sure all items are included. Because I’m tired of driving all the way bag up because you leave out items. Especially to argue with the drive thru and then accuse me of lying about their screwup. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.
