A fantastic find! We went to Cantina La Casona for lunch on our first day in Sabiote on Thursday 6 May. The service and food was so good that we went back for dinner and at every other meal or tapa opportunity.We thought that their tapas of which we probably tried about 9 was excellent: tasty and plentiful. Raciones we tried of cazón and patatas bravas were delicious too. And our request of a plate of tomatoes was fulfilled, with pleasure.Our young waitress was an absolute delight. And on the occasions that we saw the man there, he was nice too.Decor is tasteful inside and there is a courtyard as well. Covid wise, there is hand sanitiser at both entrances and the toilets are probably the cleanest and best stocked (toilet paper, soap and hand towels) that I've seen in Spain toilet, sink and decor as new.Can't wait to go back. Highly recommended.
