The clean kebabs you're gonna find. as the name indicates, a classic like the dürum mixed with cheese is its star dish. After many years I've eaten a dürum with a toasted bread and a lot of sauce. And when I say with cheese, it's not that I'm hearing only two cheese dice, otherwise you taste cheese in each bite. Since you start eating until you finish, every bite has the same taste, very uniform and very well prepared. It is amazing that having the same ingredients, the taste of the dürum on this site is extraordinarily good.
