Indochine - Saarbrücken

We have been here for the first time but not for the last! We tried 10 different dishes four persons with four Entrees, four main dishes and two desserts all of them very tasty and tastefully done. We started in the garden, but the wasps made us change our minds. The interior is beautiful, the tables are distanced so that the restaurant is very calm. We could have long conversations without raising our voices… The aperitifs and the wine were also delicious. Seems to me it is a family enterprise, and all the people are extremely nice. It's mind-boggling to me how the try to run such a pricey restaurant with one lady in the service. Total neglect paired with inquiries asto whether we are in a hurry ... Clean but cold decor. The only exotic thing here are the prices. We should have brought some drinks and snacks for the wait ... Not recommend!

Food and drinks were great! All menu's are in German and no English available. The host doesn't speak English however she tried her best to help us. we even hear her using google translate to communicate with us. Which we greatly appreciate. Dont let the fact that there is limited English put you off on going as the food was great, a little more Asian then fusion but was presentation was so well done and food was on point! Would I go back! For sure! I'm gluten free and she said, we can do anything on the menu...that never happens! Such a great place!

Very nice place, very clean, and great customer service. eating is upscale Asian food. everything is poured and cooked with a lot of care. everything I had here so far was good. from fish dishes to pho. this is a great place to bring a date. they also accept credit cards.

Yesterday I visited the Indochine Restaurant for the first time and must say that all my expectations were exceeded. The dishes were exquisite, delicious and perfectly presented, the drinks were well matched and the service was very friendly and welcoming. I am looking forward to try out more dishes and can only recommend this restaurant.
