I went with a Veggie group to get lost via napoli. it was a beautiful summer evening, so we benefited from the large outdoor seating right in the pedestrian area. I had the pizza vegetaria, which a large number of sweets and tasted good without cheese. it was a large part, comfortable cut into four large discs. updated from previous review to 2017-07-15
Over the years, we have already passed by forty times, on our way to our nurse, where we always have different dates; my footnails grow much slower than those of my heart's favorites. After her last footcare appointment two weeks ago, she had simply done at Angelos Via Napoli Steinback Trattoria Station; the entrance to the foot care leads directly through the outside area of Via Napoli and also she was hungry. Having arrived at home, she praised the pizza; one of them, mostly occupied with Nduja, had eaten there. My interest was aroused and today, at about 13:00, I took place in one of the outer tables of the stone-back Tattoria. The operator of this restaurant has two more Saarbrücker Gastros in the Köcher, namely the El Sombrero Authentic Mexican cuisine and the La Tropea Am Schanzenberg . I had hardly any place to stand at my table with one of the exclusive Italian service owners. He didn't have to bring a menu that was already in a stand at the table, along with the wine card and an extra card for Dolci. I ordered a Karlsberg wheat bright (0,5l EUR 4.50). When I first visit an Italian gastro plant, my first order is basically a Carbonara in the Italian original version without cream, almost as a paint test. If the Carbonara is as it has to be, I come back, otherwise not again. Today the result of my test was so somehow in between; not great, but also not to fear. The Carbonara has tasted quite neatly, but was unfortunately not from the original ingredients as if spaghetti al bronzo, Pecorino Romano, Guanciale, egg yolks and good black pepper were prepared. The spaghetti were simple field, forest and meadow spaghetti, stat Guanciale was poppy hammock in use, the cheese was a tired leash of real Pecorino GUB and black pepper had been very saved. Very bad, but more than just well-intentioned three stars I cannot forgive for this product at the best, especially since it was already moving at the top edge with EUR 13.00. So much and even a little more I like to spend for a washed Carbonara; for whom I was sitting here was clearly too expensive. Conclusion: After the next footcare, I prefer to eat somewhere else. P.S. The pizze consumed in the side tables looked good and appealing to me; of course, I can't say how the judgement of the pizze expert from Winnenden would have happened.
Perfekt!
