Thank you ... we were 550 km from home without accommodation. Fortunately the Booking.com service found us an alternative twice as expensive.

A non-professional and disrespectful hotel! ! Booking confirmed, we arrive on site ..., PERSON !! After 6am with a 3-year-old child..., I admit that we just wanted to find our room and rest a bit.But no..., we found the door of the hotel open, all the keys of the rooms available to everyone, we call in the vacuum, our messages were never answered! Other customers started to take the keys to find a room and we did the same after an hour of waiting between waiting for Booking to reach them and they warn us..., without success.We found a room in the hotel, but Booking found us another accommodation at 20 min of there with surcharge that a priori I would be refunded in 7 to 12 days, so at the moment I find myself to pay. Normally Booking is pretty good compared to that, even if I think they shouldn’t get me paid ..., like that ..., no need to be refunded and neither me advance more money!! But good ...This is the galery that we lived because of this hotel!!! Run to you if you've already booked! ! Too bad to have to put 1 star, it's really a lot! By answering your answer bad times:1.
