Arte Vinum - Saalbach

Every year we celebrated our wedding in Saalbach. You have a sommelier to give very good advice. The food is really gourmet, and the cook always gives surprises

We had a really nice meal at the Arte Vinum restaurant. We chose the menu instead of a la carte and all dishes were prepared with love, looked amazing and tasted good. The staff is friendly and service fast. The reason I don't have an excellent rating for this restaurant is two times. We were the only table in the restaurant and although the environment is really beautiful and atmospheric, it felt a bit strange. For the salad, bread and cheese part of the menu we had to go to the buffet restaurant and get ourselves. Honestly, if we want to eat at and from the buffet, we will do this, not when selecting the cooking menu in a fine restaurant.

The restaurant is very nice and its menu was very promising. The food they served was of high quality and well cooked. We were not impressed by the cheese selection that was not spectacular at all. Poor waiter was responsible for four tables and overhauled and slow. All in all, we had a good evening in Arte Vinum, but we expected a little more. Portions are quite small.

The restaurant is very beautiful and their menu card looked very promising. The food they served was of high quality and well cooked. We were not impressed by the cheese selection which was not spectacular at all. The poor waiter was in charge of four tables and completely overworked and slow. All in all we had a good evening at Arte Vinum but we expected a bit more.Portions are pretty small.
