Mcdonald's - S St, Mount Vernon

There are like 10 workers and it took forever to get food and the workers are walking around on their phones. They didn’t give us our drink cups until we went to ask for them after the lady said I’ll be right back with that she never came back.

Asks if you would like to donate your change or round up for their charity, when you reply no they just steal your change anyways and close the window on you, rude inconsiderate incompetent lazy and over paid individuals working there…

I ordered food in the drive thru on 1-27-2024. The person in the drive-thru was playing on his phone. He also has ear buds in. Not sure if he was listening to music or it is work related. He got my order wrong. When I did receive my order after pulling forward to wait, it was wrong. The person that brought out my food had to go back in to get more food. The food was cold, the hamburger patties were overdone, the buns hard, dry, and old. It wasn't edible. I was also in the drive thru for around 20 plus minutes. I called and spoke to the manager on Monday, 1-29-2024. She didn't care and could not get off the phone quick enough. She said someone will call. No one has called. Avoid this McDonalds and this food chain in general. THEY DO NOT CARE!!!

The person handing us our food was FILTHY, like visible dirt all over her arms and neck and face…like not showered in days FILTH…

We like this McD because there are very comfortable dining chairs that are padded! A big YES!
